6th Annual 2019 Lake Sarah Bass Tournament

Tournament ran on July 21, 2018 from 10am- 1pm with Start and End (Weigh in) at Joe Slavec’s Dock

 Payouts:  Largest Bass ($25 Gift Card donated by LSIA) and Top 2 – 5 Bag Limits (Dependent on Participation)

The results are as follows:

Brent and Zach Lau did not catch a bass this year.

Dan Ryan and Ron - 3.85 pounds of bass

Joe Slavec and Tim - 1.19 pounds of bass

Billy and Danny Ryan 7.67 pounds of bass - largest bass of the tourney at 2.53 pounds

Winner - Brian and Ayden Fults with 7.70 pounds of bass

5th Annual lake Sarah Bass Tournament!

Tournament ran from 10am- 1pm on July 22, 2018 (prior to the start of the picnic) with Start and End (Weigh in) at Joe Slavec’s Dock.  

We had the best turnout for boats this year with 8!  The fishing was a little be slower than years past but everyone had a great time!  The results are as follows: 

Brian and Ayden Fults did not weigh a bass

Scott and Luke Logan weighed in 1 bass that was .5 pounds

Billy and Danny Ryan weighed in 1 bass that was 2.7 pounds

David and Hunter Allen caught 2 bass for 3.4 pounds with their largest being 3.0 pounds

Joe Slavic and Jason caught 2 bass for 3.8 pounds with their largest being 2.8 pounds

Dave Ryan and Ron Oswalt caught 3 bass for 5.7 pounds with their largest being 3.6 pounds

Nate Uselding and Jon Wissink caught 3 bass for 6.4 pounds with their largest being 3.0 pounds

Champs:  Brent Lau and Kyle Peterson caught 4 bass for 7.9 pounds with their largest being 3.5 pounds.

3rd Annual lake Sarah Bass Tournament!

Tournament ran from 10am- 1pm on July 17, 2016 (prior to the start of the picnic) with Start and End (Weigh in) at Joe Slavec’s Dock.  

The bass fishing tournament was a great success this year with the 4 boats catching more fish than ever before!  Minneapolis Garage added a sponsorship to the largest bass caught with a $100 Cabelas Giftcard.

The results were:

Joe and Matt Baker weighed one bass that was .5 pounds

Nate Uselding and Ted weighed three bass that totaled 4.10 pounds with the largest being 2.24 pounds.

Joe Slavec and Freddy Lang weighed five bass that totaled 8.68 pounds with the largest being 3.35 pounds

And the champions were Kyle Peterson and Brent Lau who weighed five bass that totaled 9.89 pounds and also caught the largest bass which weighed 3.54 pounds.
